We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. With a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, engagement, and conversions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired KPIs, such as increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and devise strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
  • Execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports using analytics tools to measure ROI and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency or related environment. Home country experience will be considered.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
    • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, creative, and proactive in exploring new marketing opportunities.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
