About the job Camp Officer

As a Camp Manager you will be Managing the camp and Work independently within established policies and procedures under the general direction of the Human Resources Department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general operations of the camp to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards
  • Coordinate with building owners and departments for necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Deal with all issues arising in the camp, including staff hospitalization, disciplinary issues, alcohol-related incidents, conflicts, and thefts by reporting to HR and recommending necessary actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with relevant authorities municipalities for waste Management, Ministries, and compliance issues.
  • Handle coordination with food contractors, addressing and resolving complaints from staff with management support.
  • Manage and supervise the camps soft services, including the laundry team, kitchen team, maintenance crew, security guards.
  • Conduct regular camp inspections, addressing any issues promptly and reporting major concerns to management.
  • Consult with the HR department to request and post communications related to staff notices, announcements, and instructions.
  • Continuously train new and existing staff on company policies, procedures, and systems, including health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain and update the list of camp assets, including furniture, electronics, and consumables, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Ensure company-provided vehicles are well-maintained and clean, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and accident reporting with the concerned authorities.

Qualification and Experience Criteria:

  • Computer Skills,Interpersonal Skills, and work in flexible timings.
  • Ability to supervise the work.
  • Ability to deal with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Languages skills - English,Hindi and Arabic.
