We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Strategist to join our dynamic product management team. The Product Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring that our product offerings align with customer needs and business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and deep customer insights. The Product Strategist will also manage the UI/UX team, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all products. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: 

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and business objectives. 
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with market and customer needs.

Data-Driven Insights: 

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform product strategies and identify opportunities. 
  • Analyze data from various sources to generate insights and make informed product decisions. 

Customer and Market Research: 

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct surveys, and perform user interviews to gain deep insights into customer needs and pain points. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats. 

UI/UX Team Management: 

  • Lead and manage the UI/UX team, ensuring the design and user experience align with the overall product strategy. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment where UI/UX designers and researchers can thrive and produce their best work. 
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products by overseeing design processes and standards. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of product strategies. 
  • Act as a liaison between the product team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.

Performance Tracking and Feedback:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure product success.
  • Implement a continuous feedback loop to refine and improve product features and strategies based on user feedback and performance data.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

  • Encourage and foster innovation within the product team, developing creative solutions to meet business and customer needs.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and approaches for product improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis, market research, and customer insights.
  • Experience managing UI/UX teams and understanding design principles and user-centric design methodologies. Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.
