We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and PR Analyst to join our prestigious law firm in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal industry, particularly within the UAE, and possess proven expertise in marketing and public relations tailored to law firms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the firms brand, managing its reputation, and driving effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to promote the firms legal services and strengthen its brand positioning in the UAE market
  • Manage the firms media relations, ensuring positive coverage in legal and business publications, both locally and internationally
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and keep the firm competitive within the legal industry
  • Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, articles, and other marketing materials that reflect the firms values and achievements
  • Oversee the firms online presence, including website management, social media strategy, and digital marketing efforts
  • Organize and manage events, seminars, and webinars that enhance the firm's visibility and engage key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers in the legal and business community
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on client behavior, competitor strategies, and industry developments
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with the legal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the firm's objectives and client expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and PR roles specifically within law firms in the UAE
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and media relations in the legal sector
  • Strong understanding of UAE legal market dynamics and regulatory environment
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional materials
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media management, and website analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
