We are hiring for an innovative EdTech company. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to our client's team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platforms audience.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads to achieve performance targets and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience comments, and engage with followers to foster a positive community and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous growth and engagement.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand's reach and visibility.
  • Assist in managing the social media budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing social media presence across various platforms.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus.
