Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and VIP customers, offering personalized service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage luxury events, pop-ups, and private appointments, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Excellence: Drive sales through exclusive channels, including private events, trade shows, and home visits, without the reliance on a traditional showroom.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique preferences and needs to tailor product offerings and services.
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel across the Middle East for trade shows, events, and private appointments, showcasing our exclusive jewellery collections.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Female candidate with fluent Arabic speaking abilities.
- Industry Experience: Preferably from a jewellery, super high fashion, or luxury industry background with experience in handling HNIs.
- Customer Service: Strong experience in managing VIP customers, with a focus on luxury sales and personalized service.
- Event Management: Proven ability to organize and manage high-end events, pop-ups, and private appointments.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Presentation: Must be highly presentable and comfortable in high-profile environments.
