Job Title: CMM Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator with experience using the Hexagon model and PCDMIS software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field and a solid background in mechanical engineering, along with certifications like AWS/CSWIP and ASNT NDT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), specifically the Hexagon model using PCDMIS software.
• Perform inspections and measurements using various equipment, such as surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
• Interpret and analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality and engineering teams to resolve any issues related to measurement and inspection.
• Maintain and update records of inspection results and documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with certifications in AWS/CSWIP and ASNT NDT.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM operation and programming, specifically with Hexagon and PCDMIS software.
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of inspection measuring equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
