Inbound Operations Executive - DMC Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound tour operations, including planning and executing itineraries for FITs and group tours

• Respond to inbound queries, prepare quotations, and customize packages as per client needs

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity organizers

• Maintain strong relations with B2B travel partners and walk-in B2C clients

• Ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure, maintaining top-notch customer experience
