Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business leads in the civil construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors offerings.
- Monitor industry developments and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Follow up on sales leads and close deals effectively.
- Client Liaison & Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and resolve issues related to product delivery or service.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the civil construction industry.
- At least 6 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of civil construction products, services, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of the construction sales cycle and tendering processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
