We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with proficiency in Persian (Farsi) and English to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will support our sales team in coordinating activities, communicating with clients, and ensuring efficient operations to enhance overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide information on products or services.

Order Processing and Documentation:

  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings as required.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with client details and sales progress.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to support sales strategies.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions as needed.
