About the job Senior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best talent for architectural roles
  • Oversee the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration for new hires, providing them with all necessary resources, orientation, and training
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and other compensation tasks in line with market standards
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, driving a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist with learning and development plans, organizing training sessions and monitoring progress
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Work with management on workforce planning and forecasting, aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Coordinate with departments to assess staffing needs and advise on HR best practices in line with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally within an architecture or design firm
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and experience in onboarding and other core HR functions
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously
