Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team in Al Wasl, Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office administration, with strong skills in basic accounting and data entry. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and expense tracking
- Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP or accounting systems
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support HR and finance teams with relevant documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling office communications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and data entry
- Experience using any ERP or accounting software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
