Job Title: Account Manager
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT retail sales, managing accounts end-to-end, and will be proficient in Excel. Knowledge of IT products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service from initial sale through to payments.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Provide regular updates and reports using Excel to track sales performance and financial data.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT retail sales, preferably managing accounts end to end.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Product knowledge in IT would be an advantage.
