About the job Head Of Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in UAE in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience heading the Marketing Department
- E-commerce and Digital Marketing background
- Experience in Media Planning, Campaign Planning, Advertising, Brand Management, Trade marketing, and strategy - a MUST for this position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing messages and campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team of 4 members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and print ads.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to develop and launch new products and services, ensuring they are effectively promoted to the target audience.
- Execute, track, and analyze marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all spending is within the approved budget and delivers the desired ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
