We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various domains, including technology, construction, legal, office setup, and licensing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Domain-Specific Management:
- Technology: Oversee tech-related projects, including software development, implementation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Construction: Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Legal:
- Coordinate legal projects, including contract management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Office Setup: Handle projects related to office setup, relocation, and workspace optimization.
- Licensing: Oversee licensing projects, ensuring timely acquisition and renewal of necessary permits and licenses.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and document best practices.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects across diverse domains.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in technology, construction, legal, office setup, and licensing projects.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
