Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires proficiency in managing various phases of civil engineering projects, from initial design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects, including roads, bridges, residential, and commercial buildings.
• Oversee site layout, grading, and utilities installation.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and project specifications.
• Perform feasibility studies, site inspections, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure project progress is on schedule and within scope.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee materials testing.
• Provide technical advice and resolve any site-related issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Familiarity with materials, equipment, and techniques used in civil construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving license.
• Iraqi nationals are preferred.
