1. Position Purpose:

Assist managing BPA (Business Planning Analyst) function by comprehensive analysis and accurate sales/Profit forecasting. And support management to make correct business strategy. Lead SOT (Sales Operation Team) to make timely and accurate administration service with optimizing process.

The position holder is responsible for business analysis based on the data, and is required strong communications with BPA, Product and Sales team to gather correct information.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:

Strategic and Planning

- Implement the BPA functional strategy in line with business vision, mission, and corporate objectives.

- Ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual BPA operational business plans and the performance is monitored to ensure business plans are in line with the overall strategy.


Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems


- Implement BPA functional policy, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all BPA functional areas in line with Client's policies to ensure fulfilment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

Compliance


- Manage BPA compliance frameworks and programs within the BPA department, ensuring alignment with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Establish reporting mechanisms to proactively monitor and report on risk and compliance issues within the BPA department, and collaborate with senior leadership to escalate critical matters for timely resolution, while also offering recommendations for mitigation.

B. Core Responsibilities:

Analysis
:
- Provide detail/timely/accurate data based information on company's Sales/Profit result and forecast for supporting company's decision and action.

- Gather and consolidate Sales/Profit result regularly and analyze it from various points (Customer/Category/Model)

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.

Business Planning:
- Support to make accurate Sales/Profit forecast based on analysis. Support Sales / Product team taking countermeasure timely.

- Support to make every fiscal / mid-term business plan with coordinating with Product / Sales team.

Sales Administration and Management:

- Oversee the Sales operation process, ensuring timely and accurate update of order taking status and sales counting.

- Monitor and analyze Sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for sales growth.

- Monitor and analyze customer's PSI and suggest required countermeasure.

'- Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales Operation Team as team leader for delivering exceptional service with the most efficiency.

Process Optimization:

Suggest idea to streamline the BPA process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

- Develop and maintain a repository of best practices, templates, and tools to enable consistent and efficient execution of business activities.

5. Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent is required.

- Desirable but not essential - Professional certifications related to business process management and automation can be beneficial.
Skills Required:

- Strong logical and analytical thinking to make analysis and report sales strategies that align with global market trends and company objectives.

- Proven skills in analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market, and to guide product and marketing decisions.

- Experience in analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.

- Advanced knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies,

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate sales strategies and insights to stakeholders.

- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
