About the job Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for property management and real estate sales.
- Promote and market property management services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate sales and leasing agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for all parties involved.
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements in CRM systems.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in property management, real estate sales, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate laws and market trends.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- UAE Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory.
