Job description:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.
- Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties
- Create and manage property listings for rentals and sales
- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our properties
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each property
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and competitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a minimum of 12 months in the field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including the latest developer projects in Dubai and the UAE.
