Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate with reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Project Cost Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Track and report on project financials, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.

Quality Assurance, Compliance & documentation

  • Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Qualification MBA
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management in any industry which is fast paced FMCG/ Production/E-commerce etc.
  • Mandatory certification Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate
  • Use of right PM tools (Agile, Monday etc.)
  • Develop contingency plans with the Team lead
  • Project Delivery and timelines
  • Monitor delivery expectations from other teams
  • Project Planning and execution
