Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Monitor attendance for the sales and leasing team.
Handle incoming telephone calls from potential clients and inquiries about listings.
Distribute new leads to the sales and leasing team and accurately enter lead information into the system.
Listing Management:
Publish finalized property listings on various online portals.
Enter promoted portal information into the CRM, ensuring proper presentation of AYA Properties' listings.
Coordinate with the marketing department to keep properties competitive in the market.
Serve as the technical liaison between the Marketing Team and property listing platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
CRM and Project Coordination:
Create new CRM entries for off-plan projects, conduct research on project features, and developer details, and gather relevant photos.
Ensure timely updates in the CRM to reflect the progress of sales and leasing activities.
Assist Sales & Leasing Advisors with Deal Submission Forms and follow up on progress, reporting to the Project Director.
Administrative Support:
Verify and maintain up-to-date information on all electronic marketing platforms.
Adhere to the companys client management strategies, promoting excellent client service.
Support Sales & Leasing Advisors with administrative tasks during busy periods as directed by the Project Director.
Prepare lease forms, Form A to A, and all other related agreements.
Knowledge of RERA and DLD rules and regulations.
Prepare and coordinate documents and forms necessary for real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Gender: Female
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate.
