Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer/Videographer/Content Creator to join our team and enhance our real estate and holiday home digital marketing efforts. This role involves capturing high-quality visual content that highlights the unique features of properties and holiday homes, appealing to potential buyers and renters. The ideal candidate will have experience in both real estate and vacation property marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Photography and Videography:
- Conduct professional photo and video shoots for residential real estate and holiday homes, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
- Capture high-resolution images and video footage that accurately represent property features and convey a compelling story.
- Utilize drone technology to provide aerial views and unique perspectives of properties and their locations.
- Content Creation and Editing:
- Develop visually appealing content, including virtual tours, promotional videos, and social media assets.
- Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality, polished content that aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations as needed to enhance property presentations and marketing materials.
- Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas and strategies for both real estate and holiday home markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate and vacation rental marketing to ensure content remains innovative and effective.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple content creation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders to schedule shoots and obtain necessary information.
- Equipment Management:
- Maintain and operate a variety of photographic and videographic equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production processes.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Optimize visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of content calendars and marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate and/or holiday home marketing.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital media production techniques, including composition, lighting, and editing.
- Ability to create content that effectively highlights the unique aspects of real estate and holiday properties.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices for property promotion.
- Education:
- Degree in Photography, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
