- Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Metric: Decrease in scheduling conflicts by 90%; feedback from CEO on timeliness.
- Communications Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Metric: Response time under 2 hours for all urgent communications; less than 24 hours for non-urgent.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas and briefs, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Metric: CEO rating of >70 on preparedness using Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Expense and Budget Management: Manage and submit expense reports to company intranet.
- Metric: Accuracy of reports with less than 2% error rate and all expenses of CEO uploaded within 48 hrs
- Performance Support: De-risk the business by challenging CEO, his peers and his direct reports on their OKRs, and KPIs fast tracking blockages, driving CIs so that corporate OKRs are green
- Metric: Ensure all blockages assigned to CEO are managed against a rating >85 from his peers and direct reports using Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite\
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
