We are hiring a HR Executive for a leading in the IT Company, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices within the IT sector and be fluent in Thai to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees to address any HR-related queries or issues. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. Manage offboarding procedures for exiting employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans. Assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall HR efficiency. Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of HR experience within the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai (both spoken and written). Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Thailand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
