QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of industry quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
• Inspect and monitor all activities and materials to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Prepare and review project-specific QA/QC documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans, and quality control checklists
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of construction sites, materials, and work processes to ensure quality assurance
• Identify, document, and resolve any non-conformances or quality issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project quality requirements are met
• Maintain and organize detailed quality records, reports, and certifications for all project phases
• Conduct quality training for staff and subcontractors to maintain a high level of quality awareness
• Ensure compliance with all ISO quality management systems and other relevant standards
• Participate in project handover processes, providing necessary documentation and certificates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures, standards, and best practices
• Experience in conducting quality inspections, audits, and reviews on construction or engineering projects
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management systems
• Proficient in using quality management tools and software
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• UAE Driving License is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or industrial projects within the UAE or GCC
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
