About the job Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations within the group. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of accounting staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, industry-specific financial practices, and advanced technical skills.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- IFRS Diploma is a must.
Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the IT sector, conglomerate, or distribution industries is preferred, with a strong understanding of the all different financial aspects.
- Experience in preparing the consolidated FS and handling the audit process. Preferably to be worked with one of the Big Four.
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
