Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote secure communication products, including chat support and VPN services.
  • Manage the companys presence on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven optimizations.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and product launches.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate between teams to streamline workflows and manage project timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including marketing materials and product resources.
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and operations, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of secure communications products, including VPNs and chat support platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or secure communication trends is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing and operational platforms is an advantage.
