About the job Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate projects and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate project details, benefits, and offers to prospective clients, building interest and encouraging site visits.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate and detailed information, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure, providing necessary support throughout the process.
- Follow-up: Execute follow-up calls to potential clients, addressing any inquiries, providing additional information, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine calling strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum [2+ years] of telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
