Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on pricing, tendering, and procurement.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial operations and leading teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.
