Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the companys historical financial performance and growth trends over the past five years.
- Develop forecasts and projections for the companys performance over the next five years.
- Assess and report on the effectiveness of the companys CSR initiatives and their impact on business performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic growth areas.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, including recommendations for investment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on risk management and potential challenges related to growth and CSR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in financial analysis, corporate strategy, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, market analysis, and CSR principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
