We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at a leading shipping and logistics firm. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate is an Emirati female with excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, responding to inquiries or directing calls as needed
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is organized, presentable, and welcoming for visitors
- Manage scheduling and appointments for company representatives and assist with coordinating meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents for meetings
- Ensure security protocols by managing visitor access and maintaining a log of visitors and deliveries
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) Female
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
