Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
  • Scope Management: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Change Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure progress aligns with project goals.
  • Reporting: Report and escalate to management as needed, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors involved in the project.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of technical resources, providing guidance and support throughout the project.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Certification

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of similar experience in project management, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
