We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior decoration, with proven experience in developing business opportunities within the commercial property and office space sectors. You will play a key role in driving growth, building client relationships, and securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial property and office space sectors. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored interior decoration solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings and market positioning.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the interior decoration or related industry, with a focus on commercial properties and office spaces.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, commercial property trends, and office space requirements. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in interior decoration or business development is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
