The Secretary cum Admin will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and will be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good condition.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including maintaining the office environment and overseeing basic HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar Secretary or Administrative role, preferably within the textile and fabrics industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing schedules and travel arrangements for senior executives.
