Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing both front and back-office functions, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting leadership with strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall office administration and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise front desk activities including reception, visitor management, and office supplies.
  • Handle scheduling, internal communications, and meeting coordination.
  • Support management with reporting, filing, and follow-ups on key office matters.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Lead junior admin/support staff and foster a productive office environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and facility management protocols.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and data confidentiality across departments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (with at least 3 years in the UAE).
  • Strong knowledge in office administration, front & back office operations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
