About the job Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the companys image and reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, the developer community, tech community, and internal employees.
- Create, review, and distribute high-quality press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Plan, organize, and manage high-impact company events, including conferences, meetups, webinars, and internal activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, blog posts, and other communication channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels by coordinating with internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of media contacts, journalists, and influencers within the tech industry.
- Stay current with industry trends and news to proactively identify PR opportunities and mitigate potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations, with a significant portion within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, developer communities, and current trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
