TikTok Creator Agent

Responsibilities:

• Recruit talented TikTok Live creators, and provide training and guidance for new live creators.
• Effectively communicate and manage the operations of TikTok live creators.
• Guide, follow up on, and optimize the creators' live content, processes, and revenue from gifts, and take responsibility for the hosts' income results.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; energetic and creative fresh graduates with innovative ideas are warmly welcomed.
• Strong aesthetic sense, good interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. Be capable of independent thinking as well as effective team collaboration to achieve good results.
• Keen interest in the entertainment sector, familiar with TikTok platform rules. Preference given to candidates with existing host resources or the ability to develop such resources.
• Sensitive to data, able to diagnose potential issues based on backstage streaming data, propose and implement effective improvement plans.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaker is a plus.
