We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive work environment and supporting the company's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
    • Promote a positive work culture and resolve conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and development plans.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:

    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and keep updated with any changes.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
    • Promote continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
