We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the cloud solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, results-driven, and skilled in generating leads and closing sales over the phone. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone to present and sell our cloud solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and manage the sales pipeline to ensure successful closing of deals.
  • Provide detailed information about our cloud products and services to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role within the cloud solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
