About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resources functions across a diversified business environment. This role focuses on building effective HR policies, supporting workforce development, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Policy Management

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across business units.

Develop workforce planning strategies to support current and future business needs.

Collaborate with leadership on manpower budgeting and staffing plans.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.

Support managers in performance improvement and employee engagement initiatives.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination

Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and salary benchmarking.

Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Support annual compensation reviews and incentive programs.

Learning, Development & Engagement

Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.

Support leadership development and succession planning.

HR Reporting & Administration

Maintain HR records, dashboards, and reports for management review.

Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Oversee HR systems and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure.

Experience in diversified, industrial, or multi-entity organizations preferred.
