About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations within a dynamic project-based environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across event infrastructure, tensile structures, and temporary structure solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering customized solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.Identify new business opportunities across events, exhibitions, construction, hospitality, and government sectors.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and clients.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, contractors, and partners.Understand client requirements and propose suitable structural or event infrastructure solutions.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines with clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Project Coordination & Sales SupportCollaborate with design, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.Follow up on project progress and ensure client expectations are met.Support contract management and project documentation processes.
Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular sales reviews.Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve sales capabilities.Promote a results-driven and collaborative team culture.
Sales Reporting & ForecastingPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance.Ensure proper use of CRM systems and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, event infrastructure, or project-based industries.Proven experience managing large projects or B2B client accounts.
