About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-centric Relationship Manager who will build and nurture relationships with key clients, investors, channel partners and brokers. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, positioning the company's property or real-estate solutions, delivering excellent service across the lifecycle (pre-sale, sales, post-handover), and contributing to business growth through retention and new business generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, investors, brokers and channel partners; act as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Identify client/investor needs, suggest appropriate property solutions, guide them through the purchase/investment process and ensure outstanding service and value.
Proactively generate new business through broker onboarding, partner relationships, referrals, networking and market outreach.
Coordinate the end-to-end client journey: from lead qualification, presentations, site/portfolio tours, negotiations, contract signing, through to post-handover support and client satisfaction.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track all interactions and status in the CRM system; provide regular forecasts, reports and insights to senior management.
Work closely with sales, marketing, product/portfolio and operations/after-sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, hand-offs, client experience and follow-through.
Deliver client presentations, investment reviews, market updates and portfolio performance information; act as a subject-matter resource for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, investor sentiment and channel performance; provide insights and recommendations to optimise client strategy and business growth.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention: respond to client enquiries/complaints, coordinate resolution, oversee post-handover engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
Support marketing events, property launches, investor roadshows and client-engagement initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory or real-estate industry requirements; maintain accurate documentation, client records and contract files.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real-Estate, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in client-relations, business development or sales preferably in real-estate / property development, investment or brokerage environment in the UAE/GCC.
Strong track-record of managing client relationships, achieving business targets, generating new business and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with investors, high-net-worth clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
Commercially aware with ability to analyse market data, understand investment rationale, and present compelling value propositions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with reporting and pipeline management.
Well-groomed, professional demeanour and excellent presentation skills; ability to travel (within UAE/regional) as required.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional language skills would be an advantage.
