Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Operations Manager with experience in Rare Earth Metals trading and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end trade operations, coordinating with international suppliers and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of import/export activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily trade operations related to Rare Earth Metals and commodities.
• Coordinate shipments, logistics, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
• Handle LC documentation, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Liaise with international suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and banks.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and operational risks within the metals trading sector.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain strong communication with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and support management with trade analysis.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Trade Operations, Commodity Trading, or Metals Trading.
• Prior exposure to Rare Earth Metals, Mining, Metals, or Commodity Trading industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, shipping, and documentation.
• Experience handling LC, Incoterms, import/export processes, and logistics coordination.
• Fluent in English & Russian (mandatory).
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Trading systems.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience handling CIS/Russian markets will be highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international trading environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
