About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Construction to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within a dynamic real estate development environment. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders and successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.Oversee end-to-end construction activities from initiation to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.Site Management & SupervisionOversee site operations and ensure compliance with design specifications.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Resolve on-site issues and manage project risks effectively.Contract & Vendor ManagementManage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.Review and approve project-related documents, variations, and claims.Negotiate terms and ensure alignment with project objectives.Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all construction activities comply with local regulations and standards.Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes.Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Financial & Cost ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costs effectively.Track expenses, variations, and financial performance.Prepare financial reports and forecasts.Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties.Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare progress reports, project updates, and performance metrics.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Track milestones, risks, and deliverables.Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handover.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in construction project management.Proven experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.UAE project experience is highly preferred.
