About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our real-estate sales team. The successful candidate will oversee the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation through to contract signing and handoverwhile coaching the team, developing partnerships, driving revenue and ensuring exceptional client experience in the property market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the sales strategy for the real-estate portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
Lead, mentor and manage the sales team (property consultants/agents) to deliver on individual and team targets; recruit and onboard new sales talent as needed.
Set performance metrics, review sales pipelines, monitor progress and drive team accountability for results.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors and clients to expand sales networks, referral pipelines and market reach.
Oversee client interactions and sales processes: presentations, property tours, handling objections, negotiations, contract documentation, and closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing, product/portfolio, property management and operations teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, messaging, pricing, launch readiness and client lifecycle management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive product offerings, pricing strategies and regulatory changes; translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
Manage sales budgets, incentives, promotions and resource allocation; ensure cost-efficient use of resources and maximize return on investment.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, pipeline status, performance analyses and market feedback to senior management.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (such as licensing, RERA or local real-estate regulations), company policies, and maintain high standards of client service and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement: identify process inefficiencies, enhance sales tools/CRM, refine lead-management and conversion workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field. (Masters is a plus.)
Minimum 58 years experience in real-estate sales in the UAE or GCC region, including at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a real-estate development or brokerage context.
Strong leadership, team-management and coaching skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and client-engagement skills; ability to handle high-value clients and complex deals.
Good commercial acumen, analytical skills, ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with sales dashboards and reporting.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
