Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the UAE property market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure consistent performance across the team.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with senior management to define pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.

Contribute to the formulation of business plans, sales forecasts, and budgeting.

Team Management & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of motivation, professionalism, and performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with company values and goals.

Sales Operations & Performance

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process.

Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversions, and customer engagement metrics.

Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of sales documentation, contracts, and reporting.

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline workflows and resolve client issues.

Lead negotiations for high-value deals and strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.

Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of the sales cycle.

Address escalated client concerns promptly and effectively.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasts.

Monitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to enhance decision-making and sales efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

Minimum 812 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership role within the real estate or property development sector.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multimillion-dirham sales targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, off-plan sales processes, and buyer behaviors.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.

Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Work Environment:

Based in Dubai, UAE.

Office-based leadership role with frequent client meetings, site visits, and participation in real estate events.

Reports directly to the CEO / Managing Director.

Performance measured against revenue growth, conversion efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics
