Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to support smooth production and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:           

Develop and implement procurement strategies for cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment Manage and maintain approved vendor lists and evaluate supplier performance        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers for cost efficiency   Coordinate with batching plants, QC, store, and project teams for material requirements. Monitor procurement budgets, expenditures, and ensure cost optimization. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules. Maintain procurement documentation, reports, and vendor records. Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations. Lead and mentor procurement team members        Support audits, inspections, and authority approvals if required

Requirements:           

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field  5-7 years experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in Ready Mix Concrete or construction industry. Strong knowledge of RMC materials, vendors, and market rates. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Immediate joiners preferred
