About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth within the industrial tents and temporary structures sector. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Identify new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and event-based projects.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and strategic partnerships.
Client & Key Account Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Manage major accounts, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development.
Foster a performance-driven and customer-focused sales culture.
Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Develop pricing strategies in coordination with management and project teams.
Provide market insights and sales forecasts to support strategic planning.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams for accurate project execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial solutions, construction-related products, or project-based sales.
Proven experience managing sales teams and key accounts.
