About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and scale our brand, acquisition, and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will design and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning brand development, digital channels, offline activations, partnerships, and performance marketing. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with sales, product/development, operations and senior leadership, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives: brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and regional expansion.

Lead development of the brand platform, positioning, value propositions, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (social media, search, display, e-mail), content marketing, influencer/partnership activations, events, outdoor/OOH, and PR.

Drive the performance marketing mindset: set, track and optimise KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.

Manage the marketing budget: plan spend across channels, monitor efficiencies, and ensure maximum impact for spend.

Lead the marketing team (e.g., content, digital, social, events, creative) build capability, set KPIs, mentor, inspire and manage performance.

Collaborate with sales, product/development and operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market plans: launches, promotions, showrooms, customer experience and after-sales.

Analyse market trends, competitive activity, consumer behaviours and channel performance; surface insights and make strategic recommendations.

Drive digital transformation of marketing: optimise and scale CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, and digital experience.

Oversee agency and vendor partnerships (creative agencies, media buying, digital platforms, event partners), ensuring deliverables, quality and budget compliance.

Oversee brand activations, flagship launches, showroom/events experiences and customer journey innovations to build differentiation in a competitive market.

Monitor and report marketing performance to senior management with clear dashboards, insights, learnings and next-step plans.

Ensure brand consistency, compliance with legal/regulatory guidelines, and alignment across internal and external communications.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (Masters preferred).

Minimum 8 + years of marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in a senior/management role. Experience in UAE/GCC region strongly preferred.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies with measurable outcomes (e.g., brand growth, lead gen, ROI improvement).

Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO/SEM, social, performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM) plus experience in offline/traditional marketing.

Experience managing budgets, media planning and vendor/agency partnerships in a complex or multi-market environment.

Excellent leadership skills with experience building and managing marketing teams, and working cross-functionally with sales, product, operations and senior stakeholders.

Highly analytical, comfortable with marketing metrics, data-driven decision-making, and optimisation of spend/performance.

Creative thinker, able to set strategic vision and deliver innovative campaigns that differentiate brand.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic mindset, ambitious and results-oriented.
