About the Role
Toy Station a growing retail network of toy stores across Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking a strong financial and analytical professional to manage accounting, reporting, and business performance analysis across all branches.
This position combines accounting precision with business insight: we are looking for someone who can not only maintain books, but also understand how each store and product category performs turning numbers into business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain full accounting cycle (sales, purchases, payroll, bank reconciliation).
Prepare and review monthly P&L and balance sheet per store.
Perform sales and margin analysis by product, category, and branch.
Track inventory movements and variances between POS, ERP, and physical counts.
Support management in cash flow planning and cost optimization.
Build and maintain Excel dashboards / Power BI reports for management.
Work closely with auditors, VAT advisors, and suppliers.
Prepare forecasts and variance reports for business development.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics.
35 years experience in retail or FMCG accounting (UAE experience preferred).
Strong analytical and Excel / Power BI skills.
Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Attention to detail, strong logic, and commercial mindset.
